Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reprise their iconic Miami PD detective roles of Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett from Miami Vice. Adil & Bilall will also return as directors.

Potential Story Threads:
There are two hints as to the plotline of Bad Boys 3. With regards to Mike Lowery's son Armando Aretas (played by Jacob Scipio in Bad Boys for Life), his mid-credit scene appearance suggests Armando may play an even larger part in this film and perhaps team up with both Marcus and Mike Lowery against villainous forces in another adventure film.

Mike and Marcus may find themselves pitted against an unexpected adversary; perhaps another drug dealer seeking to seize control of Miami.
