Instead of following the Abbott family during this initial stage of attack, instead Day One follows another group as they struggle against alien invaders to survive their attack.
Story begins in an apparently normal world and soon descends into chaos as blind but hypersensitive creatures invade it. We witness society crumble before our very eyes as people desperately search for answers in an environment in which even minor noises could prove deadly.
