A documentary set in the 2000s, where a series of murders in Mexico put the capital's police officers to work, with various elderly women strangled in their own homes. Witnesses describe the killer as a tall, robust, and strong man who poses as a nurse in order to gain the trust of his victims. After more than forty homicides, several failed arrests, and multiple contradictions, a woman Juana Barraza was arrested in broad daylight in January 2006 while fleeing the scene of the crime.
