Frédérique or Freddie Benoît (Ji-Min Park) is a 25-year-old Korean-French woman, who returns to her motherland for the first time after she was adopted. On a quest to trace her biological parents, she runs into unexpected events during her journey.
After her flight to Tokyo gets cancelled, Frédérique “Freddie” Benoît (Park Ji-Min) impulsively chooses to reroute her two-week vacation to Seoul. For Freddie, who was born in South Korea and later adopted by French parents, this impromptu detour to her birth country turns out to be more than what she bargained for.
