Marilú (Alejandra Ambrosi), Estrella (Valeria Vera), Paty and Famela (Paola Núñez) are four friends who all feel a little stuck in their lives in QUEENS ON THE RUN. One is an overlooked housewife, another an oversexed singleton, a third a mistreated trophy wife, and the last a boss lady with mommy issues. The four decide to take an impromptu road trip to get away and finally spread Famela's mother's ashes in the sea. They pick up hitchhiker Lola  who isn't who she appears to be. The women certainly don't expect to encounter as many adventures as they do along the way, ranging from car accidents and gunfights to dancing in a strip club, tripping on mushrooms, and adopting a chicken.
